When we had our first meeting with Brian to list our house, he was completely prepared with all of the knowledge about our neighborhood and had multiple comparisons for us to go over. He helped us pick a realistic house price and had a few suggestions for staging our house that we followed. He was always quick to respond to questions and helped streamline our selling process. He was there for us the entire time and always had our best interests in mind. Brian is a very nice and hardworking realtor that we will refer all of our friends and family to when they have need of it.

Brian helped us in finding our first home. His knowledge about the houses was really good and he pointed all the things at the time of showing that inspector just confirmed later. Our case was one off case as the seller passed away a month before closing and he figured out the process and followed up with the sellers attorney directly so that we can close in a timely manner. He was honest and upfront about the things and there were no surprises. It was a wonderful experience working with him. We will work with him in future again.
