Brian helped us in finding our first home. His knowledge about the houses was really good and he pointed all the things at the time of showing that inspector just confirmed later. Our case was one off case as the seller passed away a month before closing and he figured out the process and followed up with the sellers attorney directly so that we can close in a timely manner.
